This gentle blend of chamomile, oats, valerian root, and passionflower will ease your body and mind into a gentle sleep and help keep you asleep all night long. Feel free to add some warm milk to the mixture, just like Grandma always recommended. 1 teaspoon to an 8 oz cup; 1 tablespoon for a teapot.
