Polarity is a holistic form of bodywork and energetic healing that utilizes ancient techniques and discoveries in modern health care to bring awareness to the mind-body connection. It works to clear and balance the entire system in a gentle, non-invasive way. Blocks within the energetic system may result in a variety of health problems such as physical pain, negative thought patterns and/or unbalanced emotions. By clearing these blocks we increase the flow of energy in the body, resulting in greater levels of vitality and clarity of thought. Monica’s sessions are intended to support clients in creating an overall sense of health and well-being. Her mission is to provide a deeply calming experience, in a safe healing environment. She uses an integrative approach to health care combining Massage and Polarity to yield lasting results. Monica’s ultimate intention is to inspire her clients to empower their own natural self-healing ability, by freeing themselves from stresses carried within from day today.
